Marcel M. Flemming is an Associate Attorney at the law firm of Lubell & Rosen.
Mr. Flemming was born in Toronto, Canada, and pursued both his undergraduate degree and law degree in the United States. Mr. Flemming received his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Detroit Mercy in Michigan and his Juris Doctorate from Seattle University School of Law, in Seattle, WA. While in law school, Mr. Flemming was a member of the Moot Court team, Co-President of the Entertainment Sports Association, and Vice President of BLSA. During his summer internships in law school, Mr. Flemming was a legal intern in the legal department of Universal Motown Records Group in New York.
Prior to joining the law firm of Lubell & Rosen, Mr. Flemming gained his litigation experience at a large firm representing banks such as Bank of America, JP Morgan Chase, and Washington Mutual Bank in real estate litigated matters. Additionally, Mr. Flemming was a Maritime Defense Attorney representing Norwegian Cruise Lines, Carnival Cruise Lines, and Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines. In this role, he defended various "slip and falls" cases, 3rd degree burns, and lifting accidents filed by passengers and crew members against the cruise line.
