William C. Phillippi is the Senior Member and Leader of the firm's Business and Real Estate Transactions ("BRET") Group.
Mr. Phillippi is a business and real estate attorney with more than 25 years of transactional experience representing businesses from formation, through operation and growth, and finally disposition through the private practice of business, corporate, finance, mergers and acquisitions, real estate and securities law. He has also handled a significant number of commercial and residential real estate transactions, representing buyers, sellers or lenders.
