Patrick R. Sullivan is an Attorney with the law firm of Lubell Rosen, where he handles medical malpractice defense cases, Florida Department of Health actions, white-collar criminal defense cases, and general civil litigation cases.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Sullivan worked at a law firm in Atlanta, Georgia where he managed a large caseload of criminal, civil, and appellate cases. Mr. Sullivan has extensive Federal trial experience having tried multi-week Federal cases in Georgia, North Carolina, and Alabama. In addition, Mr. Sullivan’s appellate experience includes oral arguments before the Supreme Court of Georgia, and wining a complete reversal of a client’s conviction and sentence in the Georgia Court of Appeals case McDaniel v. State, 327 Ga. App. 673 (2014). Mr. Sullivan has also represented numerous high profile clients including an Olympic gold medalist and WNBA star Chamique Holdsclaw, the Chief Accounting Officer for one of the nation’s largest homebuilders, and in one of his first cases, he worked on the legal team representing musician Clifford Harris a/k/a T.I.
While in law school, Mr. Sullivan clerked at the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals in Atlanta, Georgia and interned at Catholic Charities Legal Services in Miami, Florida.
In his free time, Mr. Sullivan enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters.
