Lubell & Rosen’s Trusts, Estates and Fiduciary Litigation Team is composed of seasoned attorneys who focus their practice in probate litigation.   Our Estate and Trust Litigation Team handles all aspects of trust and estate and estate litigation.  These areas include:

Our attorneys work closely with our estate planning attorneys from initial case analysis to the development of trial and settlement strategies in order to best serve our clients.  We represent individuals, as well as institutional and corporate clients in disputes related to wills, trusts, estates and fiduciary issues. We represent parties in contests of estate plans on the grounds of undue influence, lack of capacity, fraud, duress and forgery, and claims involving international succession matters. We also address pre-death disputes, such as issues of capacity, undue influence and financial elder abuse.
